The Position
As a cLEAN Partner, you will become an integral part of the department's leadership team, reporting directly to the department head. The main responsibility is to develop a Lean culture, acting as a coach and sparring partner for the department head and the four team leaders.
You will oversee strategic change management and handle stakeholder management while also ensuring the delivery of local and cross-functional projects. This role serves as a developmental opportunity with broad organizational exposure and significant autonomy, allowing you to establish a solid knowledge foundation within leadership in pharmaceutical industry.
