About the department
Manufacturing Science & Transfers (MS&T) is an area with around 130 dedicated employees. We own the manufacturing standards across Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) in Novo Nordisk and are the subject matter experts within manufacturing science in AM. We set direction for the AM processes on how to balance Quality, Delivery and Cost. We Support our sites with DVs, critical cases, inspections, projects and with upskilling programs.

Aseptic Manufacturing produces high-quality products to fight diabetes and obesity worldwide. Manufacturing Science & Transfers (MS&T) is a dynamic department in AMSAT, supporting our global aseptic production sites and setting the direction for standards and production optimization globally. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with the aseptic production sites, by implementing novel solutions based on data-driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations.

The position
As Senior Filling Professional in AMSAT (Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology) Process Competence Centre in AMSAT, you will become a member of a broad team of Professionals and Specialists covering all aspects of the aseptic production. The team is working as a central support team for aseptic production sites all over the world, thus, you will be working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally.

Your daily tasks will include, but surely not be limited to: 

• Maintenance of global corporate documents and procedures, product transfers and validation of products at different sites. 
• Participate in improvement projects across the organisation. 
• Play an important role in the implementation of the new regulations.
• Help with integration of new production facilities.

At the different sites we have a wide range of different filling lines and techniques. A thorough knowledge in filling lines using isolator technique would be a preferable competence. It would also be an advantage with extensive experience within validation of products and processes.

You must thrive in an ever-changing environment where your support and decisions make an impact across different sites and enjoy stakeholder collaboration in a global setting.

As the position is supporting globally some travel can be expected.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher academic education background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar.
• You have extensive knowledge within aseptic filling in a GMP environment and have 5+ years of experience.
• Your experience includes validation.
• It is advantageous if you have Isolator technology experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability of building relations with stakeholders and create collaboration in a global environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
