The position

You will play a leading role in implementing, anchoring and improving the most effective, efficient and compliant training system in the business area. You will need to independently drive major training projects in our business area. You will:

 

  • Implement training projects according to the latest Training for Competence standards, utilizing modern training technologies and ensuring clear business scope and sustainable operational handover.
  • Manage and continue an onboarding project ensuring fast to skill onboarding within the business area, national and international.
  • Communicate the purpose and benefits of projects at all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by utilizing and enhancing training project management processes and tools, gathering facts to understand root causes, and sharing best practices with relevant training organizations.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s or higher level degree in a relevant field, ideally supplemented with project management certification.
  • Project management experience related to trainings.
  • Stakeholder management experience, preferably from a global company in a regulated industry/GxP regulated or pharmaceutical field.
  • Preferably, experience with training system/solution implementation, training development, effectiveness and efficiency. If you have worked with Lean and continuous improvement, it will be an advantage.
  • Ability to structure tasks and time effectively, to provide clarity to the organization and deliver to deadlines.

 

On top of these, professional proficiency in English and ideally also in Danish are expected.

As a person, you excel in managing stakeholders across organizational levels, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you possess strong presentation and facilitation skills. You are solution-oriented and demonstrate a strong commitment to taking an active part in cultivating a positive working environment

 

About the Department

You will be joining a training team, consisting of an associate training manager, training coordinator, training partner and you as the training project manager in the MSAT&QC CVP area. The CVP area has process and product responsibility for existing and future oral drug products and post-approval, as well as performing all analyses on products after method transfer. We work across the Emerging Technology (ET) organization to improve productivity of ET production and analytical processes, with employees based in Denmark, Ireland and USA. Your workplace will be in our offices in Taastrup.
