The Position
As an Experienced Process Supporter, you will join our new greenfield silica factory, which is set to be operational in January 2027. You will become part of Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, which produces essential ingredients for pharmaceutical production. We sell our products to Novo Nordisk A/S and other pharmaceutical companies.
Join us and become part of a newly established team and project group that will both work on getting our new factory ready for operation and later serve as process supporters in production. The position falls under Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate with many different stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure high reliability and stability in our production.
Your focus will be on defining and describing processes during the project phase to ensure they are ready for operation in 2027. Once it is operational, you will be providing daily support to the production.
The main tasks will be to:
• Establish procedures
(SOP´s), instructions, and standards in compliance with Good
Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and regulations before factory
startup.
• Ensure that processes are under control and
that production plans are followed.
• Drive implementation
and optimization of new and existing processes, including process
validation.
• Contribute to the assessment of safety and
risks in the production process.
• Participate in projects
by providing expert knowledge on processes in collaboration with
your equipment-responsible colleagues.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• A master’s degree
in pharmacy, as organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry,
pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering or similar
field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated
production.
• Experience in handling Change Controls,
Deviations, CAPAs and with validation and qualification of
production processes.
• Cleaning experience, which is
considered a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in
Danish or English.

About the Department
You will become part of a newly established Process Support team, which is part of our Project Operation department. The department consists of employees with diverse technical backgrounds and nationalities, all working together to prepare the new factory.
