Education  Background 教育背景

  • Pharmacist, Engineer ing  or other relevant  Pharmaceutical, Chemistry,  Engineering Mechanical or  E lectrical
  • Bachelor Degree, Master is a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Computer skills
  • Leadership experience is required

 

Professional  E xperience 专业经验 :

  • Minimum 5 years production-related experience in manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical is preferred 
  • Proven in-depth expertise & primary leadership in production with proven expertise in change management, planning, managing execution, and revising the work plan for complex problems solved by cross functional teams
  • Experience driving process improvements/design using systematic methodologies;  cLEAN  and six sigma strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in aseptic production is highly desirable

 

Key areas of responsibility  主要工作职责 :

AP Production Associate Manager is the critical impact and contributor for AP production and process flow for line capacity& stability, product quality and safety. Responsible for supervising and ensuring that the processes under his/her responsibility are executed according to the internal and external standards. Drive continuous improvement to achieve the targets defined for his/her area. Drive team engagement and develop the team with high operation excellence level. Build connection with PS AM sites to share and learn good practice.

 

Main job tasks  主要工作任务 :

Lead the production team to ensure safety working environment, product delivery and product quality

  • Ensuring safe working environment and compliance with internal and external EHS requirements
  • Ensure the implementation of and the compliance with the production targets and quality procedures in the area he/she supervises.
  • Key contributor to the HK targets, deliver personal output with significant impact to area and site performance, demonstrate mindset to strive area excellence beyond team excellence.
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of the production data of the area supervises;
  • Approve records and documents related to the area’s processes according to the standards defined by the company, ensuring the reliability of the batches produced;
  • Coordinate projects in his/her area of expertise, oriented towards the cLEAN® culture and benchmark of the best practices of the area.
  • Follow a set of job activities or process, and face issues and problems that are difficult to deal with, manage, or overcome independently.
  • Demonstrates a disciplined, systematic approach to problem solving that is based on data and facts
  • Significantly involved in STJ project or IFP project groups of projects which will be transferred to STJ, developing solution, adaption and leading change in own functions
  • Negotiate cross-departmental demands that influence the performance of the area he/she supervises.
  • Answer for internal and external audits in the area;
  • Coordinate the use of material, financial and personnel resources, assessing the area’s needs and contributing to the establishment of the budget for the area;
  • Plan and coordinate support from other departments inside and outside Site Tianjin
  • Support DV investigation and CR inputs.

  • Build diverse and inclusive teams and ensure high engagement level of team.(engagement)
  • Ensure developing production team competence to support production flow and prepare for future expansion. (competence)
  • Coach/mentor Operation coordinator, technician and operators process coordinators, engineers, and technicians in resolution with complex tasks. (talent development)
  • Ensure the IDP and performance management in own team.

Other individual assignments  其他工作任务 :

  •  Responsible for coaching and leading investigations for HUP issues.
  •  Continuous improvement through use of cLEAN leadership principles and tools
  •  Substitute and sign documents on behalf of Production manager in his/her absence.
  •  Other tasks assigned by line manager

Relatively big amount of stakeholder with high and unpredictable frequency, including STJ stakeholders in AP, QA, QC, PS, BS and production leaders from PS AM sites.

As production AM, not only high influence on deliveries to Production Department, but also actively influence up and downstream processes and other related dept cross area, to demonstrate enterprise thinking.

  • Coordination and management of cross-functional and cross-departmental activities incl. all activities with regulatory implications requires high level of communication skills and experience.
  • As team leader a lot of communication and coordination with Management and other Departments will occur.
