The position
We are looking for a project manager for our expanding
portfolio of delivery system projects. In this position, your
main responsibilities will be:
You will work closely with colleagues in drug and device R&D, Product Supply, and Supply Chain to assent to the requirements. The assignments carried out by the department are diverse as we deliver to all parts of Novo Nordisk. For this reason, you will have the opportunity to be part of the solution for a variety of challenges.

About the department
Primary Packaging Development team is situated in Devices
and Delivery Solutions, a business unit within the global
Development organisation located in Hillerød in the greater
Copenhagen area with state-of-the-art R&D facilities.
Devices and Delivery Solutions has the mandate and
responsibility to innovate and develop the most innovative
delivery solutions for the entire portfolio of Novo Nordisk’s
pharmaceutical products. The unit is comprised of project
management, engineering, and technical functions spanning across
all competences required to deliver on a diverse portfolio of
drug/device combination product and device projects. You will be
part of an organisation of highly skilled people – maybe the
best in the industry.
You will join a new, growing, and dynamic department
consisting of approximately 40 highly skilled and ambitious
developers/ specialists and project managers, people who work
dedicated to developing and implementing primary packaging
solutions in Novo Nordisk. Our department thrives in an
international environment, boasting a diverse group of
colleagues from across the globe. Resenting a wide range of
backgrounds and age groups. We are collaborative with
colleagues, eager to support Novo Nordisk drug-project
portfolio, accountable towards timelines, keen on investigating
how we can contribute to the world’s circular economy. The
